Shea Delights is currently a two-person team. We process, pick, pack, and dispatch your orders with absolute care and diligence. We have always practiced good hand hygiene, and while we aim to pack orders with cardboard and paper, we also use biodegradable plastic bags. This is especially useful during this period of the COVID-19 pandemic, should you wish to wipe down and disinfect the surface of your parcels on arrival. Furthermore, due to COVID-19 and until further notice, our Next Day Delivery and UK First Class service will not be available. While we aim to ship worldwide, there are significant delays in a number of countries due to a lack of available transport links. Consequently, and based on advice by Royal Mail, postal operations to certain countries are currently suspended We nevertheless appreciate your continued custom and patronage of small businesses.

Shipping, Cost, and How Long It Takes

We ship your parcels with Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide. You have the opportunity to choose your preferred method of delivery when you place your order with us online. Packaging: In order to ensure your satisfaction, which is of utmost importance to us, every order is lovingly and carefully hand-picked and packed using good-quality tissue paper, cardboard boxes, or biodegradable plastic bags. We want your orders to arrive on time, which is why we will dispatch them within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise stated below.


Our standard shipping costs are a flat rate, as listed below:


Orders under £50 or Royal Mail Second Class (untracked) – £3.79 (2-3 business days from dispatch)

o Royal Mail First Class (untracked) – £4.99 (2–3 business days from dispatch)

Orders of £70 or more o Royal Mail Second Class (untracked) – FREE (2-3 business days from dispatch)

If you wish for your item to be tracked, this must be specifically stipulated in the shipping method that has been chosen. Should you require tracking, insurance, or a faster delivery service, please contact us before placing an order, as it will incur an additional charge. It will be assumed that your items have been delivered with no problems if we do not hear from you within 5 days.


All Next day delivery services (UK) are calculated by weight. You will be presented with this option during check out. Next day delivery is tracked.

All orders are packed in 100% recyclable packaging. We will use
cardboard boxes, eco- friendly brown tape, paper labels, bio
degradable peanuts, shredded filler paper and tissue paper.

World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and Southeast Asia.

All standard and international delivery times may experience delays of up to 48 hours during busy times such as back-to-school, sales, Black Friday events, and Christmas. During these unprecedented times, we will do our utmost to maintain our standard delivery times.

Olive & Peach Ltd. will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.


If you believe that your parcel has been lost, please go to our ‘Contact Us’ page to fill out the form. We will follow the Royal Mail and Parcelforce compensation policies. If we are able to get compensation for your missing order, we will pass on a full refund. However, sadly, we are unable to take responsibility for lost deliveries.
